Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please email with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help. If the parcel hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we will definitely be happy to assist, if the parcel has already left our warehouse, then you will have to wait till you receive your parcel and then return to us to process.
Can I gift wrap or add a card to my order?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer any gift wrapping service however, we can certainly add a gift card for you at no extra cost. Just message us with your order details and the message you want to add.
Exchange and refunds?
Beauty products:
Due to health regulations we cannot exchange or refund items that have been opened or used (cos no one wants something thats been used by someone else). We will happily exchange unopened items within 7 days of receiving the item. Our Easy Returns system will guide you to how to do this. 
Non Beauty products:
We will happily exchange unused or unworn items within 14 days of receiving the item. Our Easy Returns system will guide you to how to do this.
Only in the case of a faulty item will a refund be considered on opened/ used goods. Please email us directly as soon as the fault is found so we can work with you on resolving this. Our Easy Returns system will guide you to how to do this.
Exchange and Refund policy on Electronic goods?
In the matter of a faulty electronic device, we reserve the right to send the product back to the manufacturer for their assessment. Only after their assessment has been made then we can decide on how to resolve the matter. Please kindly understand that this may take a few weeks as manufacturers are usually overseas. Please be prepared for this wait when deciding on this avenue as this time frame is out of our control. 
What is Easy Returns?
Easy Returns* is the simple and hassle free way to return unwanted goods, for whatever reason (*domestic shipping only) . We want you to buy with total confidence when you shop at SuperSoul.
  1. Email us at, make sure to mention your order number and give us at least 2 methods of contacting you back, for example, a mobile number and email address
  2. We will email you back a return slip and shipping slip that you simply attach to the box or parcel. Don’t worry, the ship back cost is on us! This product might not be right for you this time, but we certainly don’t want that to stop you from buying from from us next time.
  3. Once you’ve filled in the return slip and attached the shipping slip onto the outside of your parcel, simply let us know when is a good time for us to send our minions to collect.
